Plymouth Landing Apartments are a 39 unit apartment living community nestled in the heart of Monett, MO. Our community features a beautiful playground and well maintained landscaping for your enjoyment. Each unit includes a washer and dryer and all major appliances. Utilities are ALL Electric and water/sewer/trash is paid.

Must establish good rental history, or good mortgage payment history if home-owner. Must pass a criminal background check based on our participating credit bureau services. Must have at least 6 months of work history with current employer/field, earning at least 2 times the current rent. The maximum occupancy limit is 2 persons per bedroom.
