We do offer 24 hour emergency maintenance within our community! Each home is equipped with washer and dryer hook-ups, along with a spacious master bedroom walk-in closet. Must establish good rental history, or good mortgage payment history if home-owner. Must pass a criminal background check based on our participating credit bureau services. Must have at least 6 months of work history with current employer/field, earning at least 2 times the current rent. The maximum occupancy limit is 2 persons per bedroom.
